In the event of any dispute, the decision of Pamper & Polish is final.
Pamper & Polish reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and/or on other pages of this Site.
Once you place an order with us through our webisite your delivery will typically leave on a next day delivery service, with exception for the Highlands & Islands which will take 2 or 3 days. We will notify you of your delivery details so you are kept informed until the point of receipt. We use Royal Mail for deliveries and the standard delivery rate starts at £4.00.

Returns & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Email: email@example.com
We offer a 30 day full refund policy for items that are unopened, unused, and with original packaging still intact. Product(s) must be in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened products.
Please read the terms and conditions before paying your non-refundable booking fee
It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to understand, agree and accept responsibility for all booking conditions, including payments due by specified dates. By proceeding to pay a non-refundable booking fee, you are entering into contract and you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Immediate payment of a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required to secure Pamper & Polish services on your wedding day. Without this, your booking will not be secured and your wedding date will be offered to other interested parties. Any booking fee is deducted from the final balance and is not an upfront payment for a hair/ makeup trial.
A non-refundable booking fee of £60.00 is required to secure your wedding date and accepted method of payment is by BACS or cash only. This non-refundable booking fee secures the date of your wedding for you and covers Pamper & Polish's administrative time and costs of your booking.
Minimum booking fee for wedding
Due to demand, there is a minimum booking fee of £250.00 for weddings on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The minimum booking fee does not include travel expenses.
Hair and makeup trials
Trials are not compulsory but are recommended for the bride, where possible. Trials are available to schedule on a Monday and Wednesday between the hours of 9am-5pm and on some allocated Sunday's. These take place in Pamper & Polish home studio in Wishaw. Please allow 2-3 hours for your hair and makeup trial. Please allow approximately 60- 90 minutes per person, per service.
At your trial, you will be offered professional advice and suggestions and Pamper & Polish will work with you to achieve the hair/ makeup look that is compatible with your skin type, hair type, colouring and overall vision. Skincare and product advice is also given. Pamper & Polish aim to meet high standards. Good communication and cooperation is important for for us to do so. In the unusual event that it takes a little longer to reach this goal, your time with us is not limited, however trials which Pamper & Polish feel have exceeded a reasonable timeframe, will incur extra charges. A second trial can be booked subject to availability only. The same charges as your first trial will apply.
Travel expenses are charged from ML2 postcode. Mileage is charged at 0.60p per mile to cover costs and time. Additional parking costs may be added, if necessary. Travel expenses will be calculated for you as soon as your wedding morning address is confirmed and this is included in your final wedding day payment.
Where time does not allow or Pamper & Polish feels it would not be sensible to make a particular journey on your wedding day itself, accommodation must be arranged for the night before the wedding date and all costs must be paid for prior to overnight stay.
Variations to your booking
Changes to your original booking to add another person on can only be accepted if time/ resources allow on your wedding day and Pamper & Polish will require prior notice and payment due at the specified time. Adding extra services on the wedding day, will require payment on the wedding day itself.
Changes to reduce the number in your bridal party or the services booked and agreed in your contract, will still incur full costs payable and due on your final wedding day bill.
Payments and Cancellations
Your final wedding day bill is due one month prior to your wedding date. In the unfortunate event you have to cancel your booking (after paying your non-refundable booking fee), cancellation charges are as follows-
If you cancel 3-6 months prior to your wedding date- 50% of the remaining balance is due.
If you cancel 1-2 months prior to your wedding date- 75% of your final balance is due.
You will not be refunded for any cancelled services within 1 month prior to your wedding day after final wedding day balance had been paid.
Should you cancel your booking 6 months prior to your wedding date, you will not be billed. Your booking fee remains non-refundable.
If you decide to postpone your wedding to a future date, Pamper & Polish will endeavour to transfer the booking across to the new date, subject to availability. A new non-refundable booking fee may be required and is subject to review. Should Pamper & Polish already have an existing booking on such date, no refund will be given. Your booking fee is a non-refundable payment to secure the date of your wedding for you and covers Pamper & Polish administrative time and costs of your booking.
Extreme weather conditions and/ or delays experienced on the day
If Pamper & Polish experience unforeseen delays which are out of your control, such as severe weather conditions or unexpected traffic congestion, compensation will not be offered if allocated time is exceeded and refunds will not be given in the event that one or more services are forfeited as a result.
In the event of extreme weather conditions where the Met Office have issued a red weather warning, Pamper & Polish reserve the right to cancel your booking. In this case, Pamper & Polish will refund all monies, excluding trial costs and non-refundable booking fee.
If Pamper & Polish are forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances
In the highly unlikely event that we cannot attend on the day of your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances and unfortunate events on our part, all final wedding day bill payments will be refunded. Pamper & Polish will use its best endeavours to move your booking over to another stylist/ makeup artist within the Pamper & Polish organisation or work with you to find an alternative reputable stylist/ makeup artist or salon to cater for your requirements, however, any such bookings with these other parties will be solely the responsibility of yourself.
Health and Safety
You are to inform Pamper & Polish of any known allergies prior to application of all products. All tools and products are sanitised between every client and makeup application. Hair and Make up products used will be hypoallergenic. It is the responsibility of each member of the bridal party to inform Pamper & Polish of any allergies or products that may cause them problems. Pamper & Polish will not be held responsible for any allergic reaction once products have been applied and will not be held responsible for any reactions, injuries, costs, claims or actions that may occur to you or any member of your party. Pamper & Polish ensure that all health and safety precautions are strictly adhered to, however in the event of a accident caused by equipment breakdown or in-attention which causes injury to any member of the wedding party or damage to their property, are advised to contact Pamper & Polish immediately.
You must ensure that members of Pamper & Polish will be working in a suitable environment with adequate lighting and electricity points. Please ensure that every member of your party are aware of timings on the day and remain available. Should one or more of your party be unavailable at their allocated time, Pamper & Polish may be forced to cut their time short by however long they delay by, in order to have everyone's hair/ makeup ready on time.
Pamper & Polish may take photographs of you and your bridal party and unless you notify Pamper & Polish that you do not wish any taken, we reserve the right use any such image on social media sites and also on Pamper & Polish's website for promotional purposes. Pamper & Polish will never share your trial photographs before your wedding and will always be courteous to your wishes regarding sharing images of you.
Once Pamper & Polish have carried out your contractual services on your wedding morning, the contract comes to an end. Exclusivity is not included for the whole day of your event, unless otherwise agreed at time of booking and exclusivity fee arranged, as per your contract with Pamper & Polish.
