01.  What you can expect from me as your beautician and stylist?

I’m a calm & grounded presence on your wedding day. As a make-up artist and hair stylist, there’s no better feeling than when a bride catches a glimpse of herself and gasps because she loves what she sees. I care about my brides and their bridal party on a personal level. I want to help you feel as relaxed and organised as possible as you enter married life. I’m here to help you with any little extras or be there as a listening ear.

I’m passionate about your wedding vision. I love helping brides feel beautiful – it lights me up. I’ve spent 30 years learning everything I can about holistic beauty and advanced make-up techniques. I like to keep up to date with different styles and regularly attend training classes. You can be confident knowing you’ve got someone as passionate about your wedding look as you are.

I’ll be right by your side until you walk down the aisle. I’m always here for you in the lead-up to your wedding day. Many of my brides say that their trial session feels cathartic - they have the chance to share their pre-wedding feelings while I work my magic with the brush. I’m here to listen.  And on your wedding morning, I don’t just disappear as soon as my work is done. (Think of me as your own personal PA!) I can help you with dresses, shoes, veils, jewellery, etc.

 

02.  Can I show you photos of what I want?
Yes, please! Hairstyle inspiration is really useful for me. It’s best to avoid pictures of make-up from the internet, though. They’re often heavily filtered and edited and not a realistic canvas to work from.

 

03. When should I book my wedding trial?
I recommend three months before your wedding.

04.  Do you travel?
Yes, I travel all over Central Scotland in the name of love! (Travel charges and accommodation costs apply).

05. What if I have skin issues?
No problem. You can let me know in advance if there are any allergens or medical issues I need to be aware of. All the products I use are organic and perfume-free, so they’re kind to your skin and the planet.

06. Is your Vibrant Bride course suitable for everyone?
