Bridal Hair

Your Bridal hair trial is an integral part of preparing for your wedding day. When we meet, I will be able to find out your views on hair & make up & listen to your thoughts & ideas about how you would like to look on your wedding day. At your trial, we can experiment with different hair styles & I will give you advice & ideas of my own to help you choose the perfect style for you to complement your dress, make up & overall style of your wedding.

To assist with your trial, it would be great if you could bring along some pictures of styles & ideas that you like as these can help in communicating the look you are aiming for. Please also bring along any bridal headwear that you may be wearing- However, don’t worry if you don’t have these items at your trial, we can improvise!

Short hair, fine hair, but want an up-do?... don’t worry, these types of hair can be just as versatile & adding hair pieces/extensions can make a big difference to your chosen style. I do not supply hair pieces/extensions, but will advise you accordingly. However, if you are bringing along some hair pieces to your trial, then I would be very grateful if you could curl these prior to the trial date as curling these can be very time consuming. I can then curl them myself prior to your wedding day & bring them along with me that morning.

Please have your hair washed & dried in its natural state & do not over-straighten hair prior as this can often make the hair more resilient to curling, if necessary. I can then advise you when to wash your hair prior to the wedding day once you decide on your chosen style.

Mum’s & Bridesmaids may also wish to have a trial done. If not, please feel free to invite them along to your trial for a chat & a second opinion!

There is no time limit for your trial- probably best to allow at least 1-2 hours for your hair trial & up to 3 hours for a hair & Make-Up trial. I understand that your hair & make up has to be ‘just perfect’... It’s a very personal, individual part of you.

Being part of preparing for your big day is a huge privilege for me & I will endeavour to do all I can to help the preparations in the morning go as smoothly as possible.
